Services built around a useful next move.

Start with an assessment, build one defined workflow, establish AI governance, or keep experienced help close by as decisions come up.

AI Readiness Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment is for a business that knows AI matters but has not yet decided where to use it.

We interview leadership and the people doing the work. We inventory current AI use, including the tools people may already be using on their own. We look at where relevant data lives. Then we rank practical opportunities by effort and likely payback.

You receive a written roadmap with cost estimates attached, followed by a readout session.

This is not a maturity-model chart. It ends with a costed plan for what to do next.

When it fits: You have competing AI ideas, vendor pressure, or uncertainty about where your data can safely go.

Six to eight weeks · Scoped per project

Pilot Build

The Pilot Build takes one defined workflow and puts it into use.

That may be document-heavy process automation, an internal assistant over your own knowledge, or an agentic workflow connected to tools you already pay for. The scope is set before the work begins.

A pilot also needs a way to tell whether it is working. Each Pilot Build includes a test set and an evaluation approach, so you have a practical way to check the output after the project ends.

When it fits: You have a specific workflow worth improving and people available to validate whether the result is useful.

Monthly retainer

Fractional AI Leadership

Fractional AI Leadership gives your business an experienced person to involve before AI decisions become expensive or hard to unwind.

The work can cover vendor and tooling decisions, acceptable-use policy and data handling, staff enablement, and a standing monthly session. It also gives you someone to call before signing a contract with an AI vendor.

When it fits: You need ongoing judgment and coordination, but do not need a full-time AI leader.

Fixed-fee deliverable

AI Governance

AI Governance is for businesses that need practical rules before AI use spreads faster than their ability to manage it.

The work covers an acceptable-use policy, data classification, a vendor review process, and staff training. It is designed as a defined deliverable, not an ongoing retainer.

When it fits: You need clear boundaries for AI use, or you are reviewing AI vendors and need a sound process for handling data and risk.
